User specific slow mode
Specific user slow mode, Instead of turning on slow mode for the entire chat i would like to turn it on for individual users, i think this would make moderating specific users easier and more discrete without disrupting the flow of the entire chat.

Introducing a user-specific slow mode would be a smart moderation feature, allowing moderators to discreetly manage problematic individuals without affecting the overall chat experience. Instead of applying slow mode across the board—which can disrupt active and healthy discussions—targeting it per user offers precision and fairness. It’s similar to how platforms like MegaPersonals https://megapersonals.co.com/login-signup/ tailor user interactions for a more personalized and controlled environment, enhancing both usability and moderation efficiency.
