Ad Timeouts
Time a user out for a given amount of time, during which time Twitch ads roll for them instead of the stream. If the specified time is not equal to the amount needed for an ad slot (i.e. rounded to 30/60/120 seconds), round the time up to the nearest applicable value. If necessary, streamers could not be reimbursed for the viewing of these ads to discourage their use to pad revenue.
