It's come to my attention that Chatterino has the ability to display banned user notifications to non-mods, this must be due to the twitch chat api having these messages as part of the normal feed and just filtered on twitch itself.

Moderator specific messages should never be permitted to outside parties, this is a clear oversight and needs to be corrected.
