Block banned user notifications in chat from being seen by non-mods
It's come to my attention that Chatterino has the ability to display banned user notifications to non-mods, this must be due to the twitch chat api having these messages as part of the normal feed and just filtered on twitch itself.
Moderator specific messages should never be permitted to outside parties, this is a clear oversight and needs to be corrected.

That's a major privacy flaw reminds me of when we had to tweak permissions in a Roblox project at https://pearllemongames.com/roblox-development-studio/ to stop dev-only messages leaking to players.
