Highlited messages for moderator
Allow Moderators of a channel have access to highlighted chat messages without the cost of channel points.
this could have big impact in chats as moderator would be able to get a message across to either the chat or the streamer with ease without it being lost in a sea of messages.
this could also be a fetuare the streamer could disable/enable if they dont want moderators to have access to free highlighhted messages.

This would be very helpful when a viewer has had something important happen in his/her life and wants the streamer and community to know about it, whether good or bad. The streamer and others commenting to the viewer lets them know they are cared about and the whole community is drawn closer together.

Twitch should implement a feature that allows mods to post a message that stays at the top of chat for a certain amount of time. It's way too easy for important mod messages to get lost in the shuffle.

Sometimes a mod's comment gets lost in the chat, so it would be really beneficial that they don't have to spend their channel points if they want to communicate an important message in chat.

Hey! :) I use highlighted messages as a moderator on Twitch, specifically when messages have to stand out and therefore definitely support this helpful idea!
