I have such ideas. Chat/bots.
1) Prevent banned users in the chat from watching the stream.
2) Give moderators the ability to view the entire list of followers for any day and ban from 1 person to all followers per day. (Will help get rid of bots that are subscribed to the channel).
3) Make the fall mode more flexible so that you can prescribe from 1 minute to 129600 minutes.
