develop a feature that allows broadcaster select specific person from the viewer list and do a video call with the person. it will be useful for the broadcaster to do direct interaction if anything happen such as a huge amount of donation, giveaway or anything else.

for example, the broadcaster select 1 of the viewer, left click the name and it will give an option to contact the viewer directly (webcam+voice chat) something like that.
