Regular Only Chat
This is to prevent the major issue with trolls. a Regular only chat would mean that a person has been WATCHING the stream for a set amount of time before becoming a regular, and is following as well. Not something a bot/troll can follow button and just randomly pop in to troll the next day. We should be able to set the time limit as well like let's say it takes about 4 hours to become regular, I've only found 1 troll that waited an hour after ban to continue trolling, all the trolls I've seen, only troll until the ban happens, and the reports are sent, and since reporting takes so long and cuts into my time of streaming, and my moderators aren't on all the time, it would make things easier to be able to set chat to regular only instead of just the option of sub or no options and being overthrown by attention seeking trolls because their girlfriends give them none... -_- PLEASE GIVE US THIS OPTION! if they don't have any way to troll the streamer, they have no reason to even bother with multiple accounts and no reason to bother coming to twitch for trolling at all! This is getting ridiculously out of hand!

the entire point of twitch is to be a show and be interactive... if people have to wait a bunch of time before they can even talk, why would they even stay? they cant ask any questions or do anything until X amount of time... they worse for your channel then just having a mod take 1-5 seconds to push ban/timeout

Another thing that never gonna happen.
The only reason a "sub only mode" exists is to make people spend money on subs so they can chat.Twitch has nothing to win to implementing something like that which will only benefit random streamers (not the ones that gives them money).
