Twitch should not allow people to sub to non-partner or non-affiliated streams
Stop letting twitch scam small streamers by letting people sub to them and not paying them out because they are not partner or affiliate (twitch.tv/psynsitive, i got 3 subs the other day and they wont pay me!)
