Watch Streak Resetting Despite Not Missing Streams It is incredibly disheartening to have created the goals of reaching at least a 100 watch streak on your favorite streamers only to have all of your watch streaks reset on the same day, presumably due to either work on the system or a bug.
I'd rather not have watch streaks if you aren't capable of keeping them tallied accurately.

Channel Points Twitch alert bug I have added the browser source to OBS and have an alert set in Twitchs own alerts service which should show in OBS when a channel point redemption is redeemed.
It is not showing. If I click 'send test alert' in Twitch alerts the graphic displays as it is meant to HOWEVER upon redeeming it refuses to show. I've tried all sort of trouble shooting and googled to see if others have been having a similar issue and there are many who are. Hopefully someone at Twitch can see this and we can get a fix or an answer as…

Bring option to turn off/on channel points back I turned off my channel points on June 8th before the roll out of the Power Ups. I only wanted to do it for 1 stream.
After the update rolled out, I am unable to turn my channel points AND power ups back on. Please fix this!!! My community can’t gain channel points let a alone use ANY rewards.

Alerts redeem not working I have been days where my alerts either by channel or raid points do not work as they should.
if i use the “send test alert” button it works on my obs and on twitch (being live) but when someone uses channel points or a raid comes to me, the alerts i set are not shown and/or work with a lot of delay.this was supposed to be an improvement to not having to use external pages, it feels like they just implemented it and completely forgot about it.

Need my channel points back!!! I turn my channel points off after every stream so that when I start the next one, I can turn them on at the precise moment of the stream that I want them to be used. Now they are OFF and I can't turn them back on. The channel points are a HUGE part of my stream and my viewers are not happy.

Issues uploading chanel point images with correct size and pixels I have an issue of unable to upload channel point image to my channel, sizes are 21,4 KB for the 112X112, 5,90 KB for 56X56 and 1,85 KB for me 28X28 one, allows me the option to save, but as soon as I do that, it keep stating that no image is there and that it's not done yet, anyone have a solution for this?

Redeem channel points scroll bar The scroll bar for the redeem channel points keeps disappearing. If I zoom out and then back in, the scroll bar magically pops up. But if I type in chat or click off of the channel points, the bar is gone again.

10.5. ESLCS Twitch channel points Vitality vs Faze 2nd map winner vote winnings not working. Hi,
Yesterday, 10.5. on ESLCS channel I voted 50k Channel points for Vitality winning and I got it right, but never got the winnings on channel points - So there is/was some kind of issue and all of 50k channel points and the winnings are gone now.
Can you do something to this issue? I think I'm not the only one as I watched other people chatting in stream about this too.3 votes -
Reward don't claimed, marked as if I used channel points to claim a reward but i saw an error message and now I cannot use again the channel points to claim that reward that I lost but it says that I cannot take more than one (is restricted to 1 per user) but I didn't claimed.

Redeems not working. I'm still earning points and stuff but when I redeem something it just gets stuck loading it.

Watch streak feature is broken, gets stuck on a fixed number of streams My watch streak for one channel is stuck at 13. I've now watched at least two, if not three, more streams and it refuses to budge.
At one point, just after reaching 13, it told me that I'd missed a stream which was wrong as I did not miss any. Now it is stuck in limbo.
It seemed to happen after a stream which got broken into three segments after the streamer's connection died twice so I think that is the source of the bug.

not earning channel points For the last day or so, I haven't been able to earn any channel points, even though I'm watching just 2 streams. This first began last night (Oct. 19, 2023), when I showed up to a stream, earned 450 bonus points for watching enough successive streams, earned more points over few minutes, then after a while, I noticed my total points wasn't going up. Is this a bug? In one channel I need to earn enough points every 3 months to remain a VIP. Can anybody help?

My viewers CAN'T scroll through my rewards list on desktop Hi, some of my viewers haven't been able to scroll through my rewards list for about 2 or 3 weeks. They tried to clear the cache and use different browsers but it changed nothing.
Is that issue known?
