Watch Streak Resetting Despite Not Missing Streams It is incredibly disheartening to have created the goals of reaching at least a 100 watch streak on your favorite streamers only to have all of your watch streaks reset on the same day, presumably due to either work on the system or a bug.
I'd rather not have watch streaks if you aren't capable of keeping them tallied accurately.

Channel Points Twitch alert bug I have added the browser source to OBS and have an alert set in Twitchs own alerts service which should show in OBS when a channel point redemption is redeemed.
It is not showing. If I click 'send test alert' in Twitch alerts the graphic displays as it is meant to HOWEVER upon redeeming it refuses to show. I've tried all sort of trouble shooting and googled to see if others have been having a similar issue and there are many who are. Hopefully someone at Twitch can see this and we can get a fix or an answer as…

Watch streak feature is broken, gets stuck on a fixed number of streams My watch streak for one channel is stuck at 13. I've now watched at least two, if not three, more streams and it refuses to budge.
At one point, just after reaching 13, it told me that I'd missed a stream which was wrong as I did not miss any. Now it is stuck in limbo.
It seemed to happen after a stream which got broken into three segments after the streamer's connection died twice so I think that is the source of the bug.

My viewers CAN'T scroll through my rewards list on desktop Hi, some of my viewers haven't been able to scroll through my rewards list for about 2 or 3 weeks. They tried to clear the cache and use different browsers but it changed nothing.
Is that issue known?

Bug While being a mod for someone I encountered an issue where I couldn't redeem channel points or refund channel points. The redeem channel point's said "error redeem" and refunding channel points it wouldn't let me redeem them or complete them it just constantly loads.

not earning channel points For the last day or so, I haven't been able to earn any channel points, even though I'm watching just 2 streams. This first began last night (Oct. 19, 2023), when I showed up to a stream, earned 450 bonus points for watching enough successive streams, earned more points over few minutes, then after a while, I noticed my total points wasn't going up. Is this a bug? In one channel I need to earn enough points every 3 months to remain a VIP. Can anybody help?

Failed redeems from collision count to redeem limit I encountered the following scenario: There is a redeem with text input that any user can redeem once per stream and in total can be redeemed four times with a cooldown of 30 minutes.
When me and another user tried to redeem it at the same time, neither one went through or deducted channel points. However, the system told both of us that we had reached the maximum number of redeems.
After this, a different user was still able to redeem it, as neither of ours went through to trigger the cooldown. Since our failed redeems had no effects on…

Opera GX Channel Points Bug I have no idea if this is a common problem with Opera GX, but I am not able to gain or redeem channel points in anyone's streams. It shows the button to claim the channel points, but when I click it, it shows an error. And when I try to use my existing channel points, they just don't work.
When I try it on Google Chrome, it works just fine. But when I use it on Opera GX, it isn't working. I want to use Opera GX for streaming videos so I can keep other platforms open for school. Please…

Multiple Raid Channel Points bug There is a bug where if you open multiple browsers or multiple devices with the same account, you can get Raid Channel Points bonus multiple times.

Predictions fail integrity check on logged in browser. Prediction "fails" (status is still 200) with error "failed integrity check."
Almost certainly an interaction with extensions. Happens when logged in appropriately on known device. Does not occur on mobile (Android).
