Create an emote interchange menu Have you ever had that one emote that you Really, Really liked and then the streamer takes it away to put a new one in. well this feature could be a small tab/menu where a Streamers retired emote stay and you could take an emote you want for an emote you don't want. For example Dansgaming has been rotating emotes during X-mas and Halloween and you wanted those emotes back Boom the menu would let you do that rotating other emotes for the ones you like.

Add an emote testing tool For partners & affiliates working with artists. It's often very difficult to tell if something will scale down well, look good in both default and dark mode, etc. I did find one tool to test emotes ( https://pajlada.se/projects/test-emote/ ), but it's extremely limited, doesn't offer dark mode, etc.
A preview platform in the upload window would be incredible.

Let emotes artists use the emotes they draw for partnered streamers for free It would be awesome if Twitch allowed artists who design emotes for partnered streamers use them for free!
A suggestion is for Twitch to create the option for partnered streamers to specify which artist(s) created their emotes when they upload them which would then allow the artist to use those emotes on Twitch.
Benefits to this is that it would provide more exposure to both the streamer and the artist. The artist would get more promotion through sharing their created emotes on Twitch. Fans of the artist who enjoy their art style would be able to see which emotes the…

Make game specific emotes only allowed in chat when streaming that game. When a streamer is playing a specific game, give chat access to game specific emotes. The emotes should be created by the developer with Twitch's help. Maybe even allow developers to pay to have even more game specific emotes ie. 8 per game but for X a developer could purchase 8 extra emotes. Would capitalize on game launches.

Non Case Sensitive Emotes Don't know if this is possible persay, but if emotes could be non case sensitive meaning you could type them the same way no matter what casing you have and it work. For example kappa and Kappa would both work. This would save people from having to remember capitalization and being made fun of for not getting the casing right and ending up with text instead of the emote.

Let partners mark emotes as Mature, for opt-in. Instead of banning crass emotes (offensive stuff), let users and channels opt-in or opt-out of seeing them on Twitch. This way the Mature audiences that enjoy them and sub for these emotes can still enjoy them in their respective communities, but other communities aren't forced to see them if they're offended.

Allow emote filters I don't want to see certain emotes in any chat, allow me to filter those from my view. This could include the spam-allowing sub emotes (like ones designed to take up multiple lines) and poor quality ones.
