Non Case Sensitive Emotes
Don't know if this is possible persay, but if emotes could be non case sensitive meaning you could type them the same way no matter what casing you have and it work. For example kappa and Kappa would both work. This would save people from having to remember capitalization and being made fun of for not getting the casing right and ending up with text instead of the emote.

I already have to work around that stupid emote when I'm talking about yokai. Making the real word an emote in the first place was stupid and making it non case sensitive would make this even more annoying. What are people supposed to do when talking about the yokai? Type in the kanji? Hiragana? Katakana? Write it in leet speak?
It's stupid enough that some white dude took ownership of a Japanese word when twitch first started out. It's name should be changed to like that dude's initials or something.
Also anyone making fun of people for not getting the uppercase/lowercase stuff right in an emote is a jerk, just block them.
