mi ultimo directo no se guarda y me aparece como "Emitiendo" y sumandole mas horas de lo que en realidad duro Ayer finalice un directo mas con call of duty mobile y su duración fue de 2 horas y 6 minutos, a los minutos de haber terminado mi emicion anterior no aparecía en el inicio de mi canal y en el estudio de video o "Creator Dashboard" me aparecía mi directo en negro sin mineatura y con la frase "emitiendo" y cada que refrescaba la pagina se le sumaban horas y minutos a mi directo como si aun estuviera en vivo, necesito ayuda para poder guardarlo como de costumbre, colocar su respectiva mineatura y sobre todo que lo puedan repetir mis…

my fans talking but not shown in chat list many fan talking in the chat but not shown in chat list...i couldnt shout out to them if they not talking. Fix it asap.

There are some features that aren't available on my twitch account. I think I have features that aren't in my dashboard, twitch account. Are there things that I have to do to have those? or are there kinds of accounts in twitch that have certain restrictions?
