Dashboard Schedule, always 12 hours issue
dashboard /settings/channel/schedule
When creating a new event on the schedule, when setting the time, it is always displayed in the 12 hour format "12:00am" regardless of language.
It appears hardcoded since it doesn't change for any language. It should appear in 24 hours in most languages, and also in "English - UK" since that's the default format for that locale.

As someone who schedules all my streams in 24 hours and exclusively only work with 24 hours, I have to convert it to 12 hours to set the time and that's confusing. I also never use am/pm so that's another confusion on top of everything.
