This should instead be translated into ラティーナ .
I have a feeling this is a mistake throughout multiple languages as there was an Italian speaker in my friend's stream who doesn't have anything to do with Italy.
I can't think of any reason other than the fact that this is mis-translated.

Hello, I'm a Japanese.
ラティーナ県, the Japanese tag for Latina, means Latina Prefecture, not Latina women. I checked the Japanese tag for Latino and it says ラテン系住民, which means (Latino) residents. 住民 (ju-min) in Japanese does not distinguish between genders, so it is also inappropriate for the meaning of Latino.
On the one hand, it is the name of the land, and on the other, it refers to the inhabitants. This sounds strange and Japanese people will not know what they are writing when they see these tags.
If you want to distinguish gender properly, Twitch tags should be translated Latina as ラテン系女性 and Latino as ラテン系男性.Postscript
ラティーナ in Japanese has another meaning, which is the name of a place in Madrid, Spain. Japanese who don't know the meaning of Latina may associate it with Spain.
