Stream viewer Screen Shots! You should add the ability for viewers to take and share Screen Shots. That would add so much engagement and content and be helpful too. Make it so the Streamer or mods can pick what to show in chat and on screen.

Mini Screen for overlay expert. Also make it visible to mobile users. Overlay Expert Recommendation: You know how streamers shrink their gameplay screen to a certain size? That would be a nice addition. That's if it's possible of course.

Translator for chat and twitch that accurate I’m not sure if this is already made but I was streaming on console Xbox to be exact and I think it would cool features if it gave people who don’t speak English well the opinion to have both the stream be translated and chat too it shouldn’t be just for Xbox give it too PlayStation and pc streamers too if there’s already one please let me know I had someone from Thailand and they barely understood me half the time please try your best to be accurate with captions on chat and not have people sounding crazy

Help the Discover new or updated Twitch Extensions Streamers hardly know where to find the extension store. This means the work of many third-party developers goes unnoticed. Updates or newly released extensions aren't announced or made visible ANYWHERE on Twitch.
Third-Party tools can make a huge difference, please help developers by making it easier for them to be discovered.

Increase the rotational frequency of Featured Extensions Hello!
I would like to propose implementing a better landing page experience for the Extension Discovery page which currently features the same three extensions for 3-4 months at a time with very little rotation.
I would propose either rotating the top three extensions more often (monthly).. or randomizing them with a larger pool of featured extensions that refreshes on page load.
This will help streamers more easily discover extensions they may not have seen otherwise.

tiltify extension configuration not loading Extension configuration does not load. flashes and then doesn't load. contacting Tiltify didn't work and of course, twitch doesn't have an easy way to contact with issues.

More slots for extensions & extensions both on panel and overlay With more and more funny and useful extensions coming out it would be really helpful if the amount of slots could be bumped up by a lot, the 2 overlay, 3 panel is just not cutting it.
And if the mobile overlay use isn't coming any time soon, make it so that we can place an extension in both the overlay and panel slot at the same time, so that we can cater to both types of viewers.6 votes -
Extensions: Prevent IP leaking and DDoS blackmail Extensions can currently be used to leak IP addresses.
Currently there is a host of scammers who create follow bots who idle in streamers chat to bait the streamer to visit them, steal their IP address and in turn send blackmail messages that threaten to DDoS the streamer unless they pay a ransom.
A system needs to be created to prevent this. Something like:
- An option to disable extensions globally
- Have viewers approve extensions before they are enabled on streams
- Have Twitch manually approve developed extensions before they can be added to stream pagesTelling all streamers…

Extension monetization via 3rd party I have idea for Twitch related service (including extension) and I would love to charge streamers whose using the service, by flat amount or by calculations of number of viewers/subs.
The project would consist of 4 parts: the Twitch extension, few cloud services, app installed by the streamer and website for promotion and payments. While I don't think I can charge streamer via Twitch for installing the extension on their channels, there is question: Can I charge the streamer for using the associated app/cloud services?
I imagine the client side app (on the streamer side) in order to work properly…

twitch bug with extensions I have an issue with every extension on twitch. Somehow I can not use them or see them properly, nor can I edit their overlay. http://i.prntscr.com/6yBRgWI-RoGQF7VgFUJc2w.png
How can I fix this? I tried new browsers, updating my extensions, reinstall extensions, tried to use twitch app, clearing internet cache and cookies, relog-in, but still the same. Is something wrong with my account? Because everyone else see them properly shown, I just don't see them right.

Non of my panel extensions show up anymore None of my panel extensions show up anymore. They were working before, but the cards appear empty now. In extension manager they do show up, but the configuration pop-up is empty.
Edit: They do show up when I'm not logged in. But how do I configure them if I can't see them when I'm logged in!?!

Make followChannel action take channelId instead of channelName The Extension Action: "followChannel" currently only accepts the channel name.
window.Twitch.ext.actions.followChannel: void function(channelName: String)Most of the other extension APIs all use IDs and these are readily available in the extension from the JWT. With the way this API is designed, in order to use it you now have to make an extra network request against the Helix endpoint to get the channelName from the channelId.
My request is to make it so this action supports taking the channelId or that the channelName is exposed in the JWT token.

Bits via "Cheer" should function for Extensions Probably 95% of Bits are provided through Twitch Chat by typing e.g. Cheer100.
This way of using Bits is explained and well-known for Twitch viewers. Not allowing Twitch Developers to use the same functionality is a direct limitation and provides an inconsistent user experience.
For example, let's say we have a game called "Racer". Join the race with bits and race against other viewers. Viewers type racer100 in Twitch chat and join the race.
Every developer gets a certain code (racer) similar to the extension name, and the amount determines the action. The action list is communicated with !racer, more…

Allow mod comments Add it so I can make a comment to the twitch streamer without having to DM them on discord or whisper, please.
/comment Care for [user] being toxic in chat with [ ] .
Just would make things easier IMO and helps a lot if the streamer gets issues with running discord or any other issues.

Overlay extension interfere with player keyboard shortcuts Enabling overlay extension ("Ctrl+ Stream Kit" tested in particular but probably any) currently makes it impossible to pause/unpause livestream in web player with spacebar hotkey until "Pause" icon is clicked with a mouse at lease once since page load.

Allow KeyboardEvents for extensions I've looked through the twitch-dev-discord. And there seem to be many people who like me want to use keyboard-events in their extension.
Keyboard-inputs would make a lot more interesting and fun games possible, instead of the current 5 million versions of the same quiz/sticker-extension.
Since keyboard-events are allowed in <input>, I don't understand why it isn't allowed outside of an input.
Also, I think the documentation should be clarified:

amazon music Buenas noches,estoy teniendo un problema con las retransmisiones de twitch referente a amazon music. Se supone que al usar esta extension,marcas una casilla donde afirmas que el audio que salga de la extension,no pertenece al stream,entonces por que me estais silenciando fragmentos de los videos y ademas siempre que esto pasa,como puedo realizar una apelacion al respecto? por que no hay una opcion como "ha habido un fallo con el audio de terceros de amazon music" a la hora de realizar las apelaciones y los perjudicados al final somos nosotros.Espero una solucion lo antes posible gracias.Añado que os he apelado…

Keep review notes on extension Right now if a twitch extension gets denied and needs developer to re-submit, the review notes are all gone. It would be great if for the same extension it would keep the review notes. I had an app that had a backend issue that I resolved, but I had to re-submit the app (didn't upload any new files or change anything), and the review details was empty.
