Loyalty points, bits, and emojis are able to be accessed easily just below and beside the chat bar. When you have Sound Alerts (the extension) installed...it only will show 5 sound alerts that you can get with loyalty points in the loyality points tab. It does not show the bit payable Sound Alerts there. Instead, there is a sound alert tab (extension tab) that most viewers do not know about on the actual screen. Lots of streamers make money off these sound alerts. The sound alerts tab (extension tab) on the screen is difficult for the viewer to find and often the viewer isn't even aware that the tab exists on the screen. They are looking only at the chat bar and around it where the communication, bits, and loyalty points are. We as streamers are losing potential money due to this. Often we find ourselves explaining where the tab is to so many. I suggest you find a place for bit payable Sound Alert extensions in your channel points tab like you did for the 5 sound alerts (from Sound Alerts) that require no actual money, just loyalty. OR create a place for sound alerts bit sounds extension to be located down on or next to the chat bar. This would promote viewers to pay for sounds and make it easier for new people not familiar with Twitch to be able to tip through Sound Alerts like they do straight-up bits. It's a win for streamers, and newbie viewers and allows us to be more interactive with our audience. It will help us not lose potential viewers and money. I suggest to pretty please install a tab on or under or near chat bar like channel points are, for bit payable Sound Alerts to be.
