1. Include the extension name in the website title

To optimize the SEO, I recommend that the name of the extension should be included in the title of the extension detail page.

Currently i'm getting search result like:

   Extensions - Twitch
   https://www.twitch.tv › ext
   <description of the extension> ...

I am of the opinion that this would significantly improve the visibility of the extensions and make it easier for streamers to find the extension when searching via search engine pages.

   Cheers,
   GhostZero

4. Remember visibility setting for extensions

Currently viewers can make an extension invisible via the extension taskbar but this setting does not persist. There are some channel extensions that I find useful and others that I find to be intrusive.

My only option to remove intrusive extensions presently is to disable them all (by automatically removing the extension-content and extension-taskbar divs). It is a shame to have to disable the functionality entirely for the sake of a few irritations.

6. Extension Support

I would suggest making sure whoever makes an extension that requires bits needs to continuing offering support for that extension for as long as it remains up. I have used multiple extensions thats require bits from the users in my chat and those who made the extension no longer supported it and was just collecting the 20%.

8. Quiz Kit - Erweiterung

   Hallo,

   Norbert Spriewald (aka ZoppoHS)

9. Remove extensions that don't work please. Beginers need some fresh extensions.

Remove extensions that do not work please. I tried for 3 days to get 16 to work. 4 worked properly.

I got into the code on a Instagram extensions and just put my name from Instagram in properly and it worked. But it did not save.

Please remove the extensions that do not work and or a security issue.

Then if it's possible to give the people who are starting out access to some that work.

At least make a group of CERTIFIED people that can make legit overlays, components, and panels.

Our access to software we can buy to make our own using a Graphic User Interface instead of writing code.

   Thanks

10. Pop Up Fact Bubbles and Quizzes

    Dear Twitch Team,

I’d like to propose an innovative feature set to enhance viewer engagement, education, and interaction during streams. These features would allow streamers to offer dynamic, AI-powered tools that foster learning and real-time engagement without disrupting their flow. Below are the key ideas:
    1. Interactive Quiz Feature

Purpose: To help viewers engage with educational content by actively participating in quizzes that encourage critical thinking and understanding.

    Functionality:
Viewers can respond to quiz questions by typing answers in their own words.
An AI system would grade responses and provide personalized feedback:
            Affirming: Acknowledge correct answers.
Adding Depth: Enhance partial answers with additional information.
Correcting: Provide guidance for incorrect answers.
Streamers could set the grading direction for the AI by outlining key points or focus areas for answers.

    Benefits:
Viewers develop real-world understanding and the ability to articulate ideas, moving beyond parroting information.
Streamers maintain audience engagement without the workload of grading.

    1. Voice-Activated Pop-Up Information

Purpose: To provide real-time references or resources based on the streamer’s spoken topics, enhancing the learning experience or sharing relevant data seamlessly.

    Functionality:
AI listens for key phrases during the stream and generates context-specific pop-ups with resource links (e.g., articles, videos, or graphs).
        Streamers can control pop-ups:
Approve or block them in real time.
Predefine topics or sources for automatic linking.
Adjust timing and frequency for viewer comfort.

    Special Use for Game Streamers:
Streamers could use voice commands like, “Show competitive stats from [site]” to display real-time data (e.g., graphs, rankings, player stats) without disrupting gameplay.
Viewers can explore the pop-up or click a link for detailed insights.

    1. Source Links for Deeper Learning

Purpose: To allow viewers to dive deeper into topics discussed during the stream.

    Functionality:
Pop-ups or quiz feedback could include related resource links, curated by streamers or suggested by AI.
Viewers can access links during or after the stream, ensuring they have tools for further exploration.

    Why These Features Matter

For Viewers: Encourages active participation, deeper understanding, and personalized learning.
For Streamers: Builds a highly interactive experience without adding workload, enabling focus on content delivery.
For Twitch: Strengthens the platform as a hub for not just entertainment, but meaningful engagement and education.

I believe these features would create a richer, more engaging environment for all types of streamers and viewers, from educators to gamers.

I thought of this when remembering the interactive facts in PopUp videos on VH1 and made me think it would be awesome to see things pop up like that.

For game streamers, this feature would be especially useful, adding another layer of interaction without disrupting the gameplay. Here’s how it could work specifically for competitive stats or game-related data:

Voice Command Integration for Specific Data Requests: Streamers could use commands like, “Pop up competitive stats from [site]” or “Show latest rank update from [source]” during a match. This would trigger the AI to pull and display real-time stats or graphs from a designated website.

Data Visualization Pop-Ups: The AI could generate a bubble with the requested stats, such as win/loss ratios, team rankings, or player-specific data. This pop-up would include a small graph or chart and a clickable link for viewers to explore in more depth on the external site.

Automatic Data Refresh: For games with rapidly changing stats, the AI could refresh the data in real-time (or at intervals) without needing additional commands, keeping viewers updated as the match progresses.

    Streamer-Controlled Display Options:
Selective Visibility: Streamers could choose to show these pop-ups only during specific points in the game, such as between rounds or after a match, to prevent clutter.
Preset Sources: Streamers could pre-set trusted sites or sources for stats, allowing the AI to quickly pull up the relevant information on command.

Interactive Viewer Controls: Viewers could click on the pop-up for a larger view, zoom into the graph, or choose “View on Site” to dive into the details without interrupting the streamer’s gameplay.

This would create a dynamic experience for game streams, offering real-time insights and stats that keep viewers engaged and informed, especially during intense matches.

14. emote betterTV etc

It would be great to have native support—either in the current emotes tab or via a dedicated button next to it—for all available emotes from BetterTTV, 7TV, and other extensions, and to see them displayed correctly in the chat.
We would no longer need to rely on third-party services to open the Twitch stream.
