  1. Have a way to make a set of collections (not every collections playlist) subscription locked. There is a way to make a whole channel subscriber only viewing. Why not have it to where a broadcaster can lock a set of videos for those who chose to support the streamer financially while not taking away from those who can't or choose not to subscribe? In this concept, being able to keep past broadcasts and other uploaded content not in that collection completely open to everyone.
Idea behind it: I like to edit streams and other content into condensed highlights and upload…

  2. An incentive to gift more subs would be to "throw in" additional gift subscriptions when purchasing bulk subscriptions.

    For example:

5 gift subs gifts 5 subs for $24.95
10 gift subs gifts 12 subs for $49.90
20 gifts subs gifts 25 subs for $99.80
50 gift subs gifts 60 subs for $249.50

and so on. I'm thinking a 20% bonus at each tier, or the bonus could even tier up based on the amount. I believe it would create incentive to gift even more subs as the gifter would be given credit for the gifted amount, rather than the base…

  3. I'm embedding my stream into my own website, and currently the subscribe button goes to subs.twitch.tv etc - but only gives the tier 1/2/3 options, but not prime. Are you guys able to add this? Saves people having to go back to my own stream, sub, then go back to my website. Thanks

  4. I would love it if those that choose to use their twitch prime free sub could opt in - to AUTO subscribe monthly, or also have the option to opt out - to NOT auto subscribe monthly. This way those that want to continue using their prime sub to their one person can at ease of not having to remember each time. OR those that wish to use it on a different person each month - can have the option to Opt out of auto-resub.

  5. add category "Subscribed channels" in the "For You" column on the left, on top of "Followed channels", "Live channels" etc.
it'd be much more convenient than through profile, subscriptions.

  6. Add a new option for creators to make a subscription goal count the number of subs (or sub points) since the creation of the goal. This would help track support better for sub goals, especially smaller goals where subs expiring would not affect their progress.

Further, since expiring subs wouldn't reduce the count this way, viewers will be more encouraged to renew their subscriptions in order to help a goal.

  7. Streamers should be able to have a Partner Plus browser source to put onto a stream overlay like they can with subs, followers, and bits.

Currently, the tracker can only go on your channel, with no option to add it as an overlay to streams.

Since Plus is a real goal that many streamers are now going for, I think it would very nice to be able to have that visual representation

  8. Hear me out. We add back the notification when you're gifted a sub in another channel so IDK maybe I know when I have a sub. You didn't have to remove that from the activity feed in the first place and it honestly ****** me off that every update you remove features to add more advertising

  9. Adding in subscription streaks delivering discounts for a portion of the cost as if it had been bought all at once for chained resubscriptions.

If a user subscribes to a channel, they can currently do so in 1, 3, and 6 month packages, with larger buy-ins being cheaper. However to net a user-positive change, adding in a portion of that discount should a user net the 3 or 6 months of subscriptions via 1-month at-a-time resubscription. (Within a margin of 24 hours from each ending.) Due to payment processing costs, the full discount might not be applicable, however even a…

  12. When a cancelled subscription turns into a renewed one, Twitch should show more interest in how/why it happened and figure out how to compensate that error, instead of ignoring it. Simply sending email stating "we do not give refunds" and "how to cancel a subscription" is like blaming the customers for an error that has happened despite following all of the steps for cancelling their subscriptions.

Suggestion: Investigate. Ask for information, such as email confirmation of cancelled subscription and renewal. For example, if the cancellation happened well before the end of the time period and the auto renew happened, then…

  13. Marketing 101: Promos... Let Streamers Run Their Own Gifted Sub Discounts

Twitch should allow streamers to run an optional streamer-funded gifted sub discount...just like any small business running a promo to reward customers and drive support. This would be limited (e.g. once per 30 days) and fully covered by the streamer, not Twitch.

    Why Twitch should do this:

No cost to Twitch – The creator pays the difference.

More gifted subs overall – Even discounted, more gifting = more revenue for Twitch.

Higher engagement – Streamers can tie promos to milestones, hype days, or events.

    Built-in marketing – Creators will…

  14. As an active Twitch user, I'd like to propose implementing a "Day Pass" subscription option to complement the existing monthly subscription model.
    The Problem:
When discovering new streamers, I often find myself in a dilemma - their content is enjoyable, but I'm hesitant to commit to a full monthly subscription ($5.99) without knowing if I'll return regularly. This creates a barrier to supporting creators I genuinely appreciate in the moment.
    Proposed Solution:
Implement Day Pass subscriptions at price points of $1-2 (approximately 1/3 to 1/4 of the monthly subscription cost). This would:

Give viewers access to subscriber benefits for 24…

  16. There is currently no way to tell if a user is subbed to a channel except by visiting either their profile or the channel in question. Adding a badge to the channel avatar in the Following section of the sidebar would help to identify those channels we've spent money on and help us easily identify when streamers we subscribe to go live.

  18. Subscriptions generate revenue for creators, but the plan I'm proposing doesn't.
    That is a 100/0 allocation.

Streamers do not intentionally register subscriptions because they hate various bad practices related to revenue. I am one of them.

    I'll explain what happens
・No ads. Of course, since there is no profit.
・There is no tax registration. Of course, since there is no profit.
・Bits can be enabled or disabled. Also, when enabled, a warning will be displayed to the viewer. Because creators cannot receive bits from viewers.
・Stamps and channel point services are the same as traditional subscription creators. Users who invest…

  19. Twitch,

I would like to introduce the concept of perpetual subscription packages. This is a package of stem cell subscriptions that by themselves do not expire and can be applied on the spot as the user desires. Where applied, it gives the user a 30 day subscription to the selected channel that automatically expires on the renewal date. The user will have to manually subscribe again to that channel on the date of expiration. The purchased package renews every 30 days from the purchase date and increases the count of "boost" subscriptions registered to the user's account. This accessibility wants…

  20. Many streamers use Twitch as a major way they supplement their income, or as their primary income, however if they can't stream due to being sick it directly cuts into their ability to support themselves and may be a driving reason for them to leave the platform for different services/jobs.

I would like to suggest 5-10 days a year in which a streamer can toggle on and earn a higher cut from subs, or a %match of bits. This would require the streamer not to be streaming that day so they can recover.

Part of this is driven by the…
