Make Twitch Turbo fall under the same refund request and subscription rules as channel subscriptions
Twitch Turbo subscriptions should fall under the same rules as channel subscriptions for refund requests.
Making Twitch Turbo a non-refundable subscription even after a payment is made and the system doesn’t allow you to cancel the subscription without paying first isn’t a great way to market a program that you can “cancel anytime”. If your system doesn’t allow me to cancel before my next payment forcing me to have that payment come out of my bank account anyways only to not be eligible for a refund is a poor way to market a program that’s ad free sitewide.

I had a canceled free trial to turbo that they will not refund as it auto renewed without my knowledge.
I'm trying to get a refund with no luck so far.
It's ridiculous as I canceled well before the time was up on the turbo -
