Well, considering Support didn't hep me at all, and in the response they sent me this link, I will be voicing my thoughts.

It seems to me that twitch support is probably AI. I opened 5 tickets and just got the same reply. "Most purchases are non-refundable..." That's the thing though, I didn't purchase anything. I was gifted a year long sub and when the gift sub ended, I started getting charged and didn't realize it. And support didn't help me at all. It's extremely shameful. Apparently partners get live support. Well, everyone should get live support. Nothing is more frustrating than when a company has a fake, false support system with no way for me to reach an actual human. Twitch should be ashamed. The amount of money I lost wasn't huge, but it's the principle of the situation: There was a glitch, I was charged when I shouldn't have been, and I have no way of contacting anyone about my issue. There's only an ILLUSION I do. I have bought gift subs, I have donated to streamers. But after this, I will never, ever spend money on Twitch again. Their support gets an F. There is none.
