Considering that Turbo subscribers are typically power users who also subscribe to their favorite channels, as well as badge hunters and emote collectors, I propose the following enhancements:

1. Exclusive Message Effect PowerUp

2. Collectible Badges: Introduce a system where users can earn and collect badges based on their activity, achievements, or milestones on the platform.

3. Badge Customization: Provide tools for users to customize their badges, including color changes, adding special effects, or designing their own badge within certain guidelines.

4. Emote Achievements: Create challenges or quests that reward users with exclusive emotes upon completion.

5. Seasonal Emotes and Badges: Introduce seasonal or event-based emotes and badges that users can collect for a limited time.

6. Additional Chat Commands: Subscribers should have access to extra chat commands that allow them to switch to their rarest badge and fill the chatbox with their rarest emotes.

7. Improved Emote Picker: Turbo subscribers should have access to an enhanced emote picker that includes a comprehensive list of their most frequently used emotes, which syncs across devices. Additionally, they should have the option to hide emotes they don't wish to see or use, and a feature to view their rarest emote.

8. Channel Emote Uploads: Turbo subscribers should have the privilege to upload channel emotes without needing to be an affiliate.

9. Access to Twitch Experiments: Turbo subscribers should have the option to toggle on Twitch experiments.
