More Subscriber Features For Tier 2 and Tier 3 Subs

Right now, there are no major incentives for subscribing at Tier 2 and Tier 3. There needs to be added incentives for both the viewer and the streamer.

Ideas:

Tier 2:
- Username being bold in chat
- Zero width sub emote slot

Tier 3:
- Subbing at Tier 3 includes Turbo
- Golden, sparkly version of all sub emotes
- Includes 500 bits a month
- Animated Subscriber badge

    I agree, tier 2 and 3 subs should be more prominent in the chatbox compared to the other subs (sub prime and tier 1 subs). Because a Sub tier 2 or 3 is synonymous with greater support for the streamer, so the viewer should be compensated for that. Leading other users to want to be sub tier 3, Twitch earned more from it and the streamer too.
