Gift Subs For Active Watchers
I think when you buy a gift sub, you should be given a link to spam in chat and people who click on it can receive the sub or it can auto spam the link every 2 seconds or something. I feel like it's a waste of money for the people who buy it and its gifted to people who don't even watch him anymore. It's better for it to be given to active members who is watching and reading chat.

But yeah, Imo if subs are gifted randomly then they should go to the people with higher watchtime first, respectively to: active viewers, later lurking viewers, later offline followers - for each pool first should be chosen people with more hours of watching stream they are gifted sub on -

A link sounds like too much trouble, just gift subs to viewers, the fact that you can get a gift sub without even watching the channel at the time of the gifting just blows my mind
