Allow users to "upgrade" another user's subscription with a higher Tier gift sub.
For instance, if someone were to gift a Tier 2 sub to a Tier 1 subscriber, the recipient would become a Tier 2 subscriber until the gift ran out, at which point they would return to being Tier 1.

Accidentally hit Tier 1 sub for 12 months, really wanted to gift Tier 3 for 12 months. Now I have to wait a year before I can gift them a Tier 3 for 12 months.
It is a shame that Twitch does not allow for you to give them more money. -

Yes, I agree with this idea! Someone in my community gifted my bot multiple months of tier 1, which was so sweet, but now I have to wait for my bot to access all my emotes because I didn't gift it a tier 3 fast enough.

This could be nice, like if I wanted to sub my bot to tier 1, but someone could contribute to have it to be able to access all emotes.
