A Blacklist for gifted subscriptions
Recently I've had huge amounts of gifted subs, however sometimes large packages of randomly gifted subs end up going to bots that don't require it e.g. Nightbot, or Lumiathingamabot, bots that I require for my stream. It would be useful to have a blacklist that prevented certain users from being gifted subscriptions, to give gifted subs to people that would actually care and be grateful for a gifted subscription.

BIG fan of this idea, amazed it's not been voted for more. It would be so useful to have a blacklist to prevent those who you really don't want to receive a sub getting one. If someone's spent money on purchasing gifts, then that money should be used on people who will get the most value from it.
