it's been clear to me for a long time that these ads will be the final straw for twitch. i refuse to take even one step away from adblocker and Bravebrowser as long as twitch bombards me with ads at this intensity. i have even stopped using twitch as a viewer and am getting closer and closer to the decision to delete my account and look for alternatives. this advertising is just disgusting. in my opinion, it's cheating to pretend that users are protected from this invasive advertising by a subscription and then to point out somewhere in the corner that twitch has the audacity to place ads. THAT IS FRAUD! I'm not even going to test Twitch Turbo, I'm already sick to my stomach. suggestion? find another platform. because that's the only way these scammers will realize that they're on the wrong track.

This is my last day on Twitch. Not only have ads gone out of control, they still charged me for turbo even though I canceled it. This site is going downhill fast and thats a shame. Oh well, time to move to kick or youtube, I'n not gonna tolerate thievery

With Turbo, I've been spending 80% less time on Twitch as I have before the Turbo change over. That's a lot of money for for content AND advertising together.

Now we get hit with ads immediately after raiding a channel and we miss between 30 seconds and 3 minutes of content right at the start of discovering a new channel!!! Also, when we enter a channel for the first time, there's an ad within seconds or minutes. How is that even smart? Come on, Twitch. I know you're owned by Amazon but don't completely annoy the people who pay for content on your platform. If you want to be Google with their horrendous ads on YouTube, I'll just spend most of my time on Kick instead.

Since the explosion of ads, I spend about 90% less time on Twitch. I hate when I try to check out a user and immediately I am forced to watch ads. I just close the site right away and go elsewhere

I agree 100% and will not be coming to this platform anymore. If this price stays, I go. It's been a good 10 years. All things must die.... Shame it wasn't Simpsons or Southpark level survivability.

Turn off all reclam/advertisement for Prime subscribers. Because why we must pay for Prime and LOOK reclam/advertisement about Prime?

If I am a Amazon prime member, an ad free version of twitch should be given, already paying $$$ for Amazon prime, so on twitch I should not have to pay more money per channel for and ad free experience

Time for this to happen. We already pay Amazon for Prime and buy products there, ads are a slap in the face considering they raised rates. Also, you should get more free subscriptions linked to your Amazon Prime account on Twitch (between 5 and 10) and if you spend X amount of money a month, that number should increase based on your spending.

literally as the title says. sometimes i get 4-6 ads in a row which is horrendous for a prime user. i understand if ads should still be a thing for prime subscribers, but certainly not that much given we pay for a premium experience. reduce the amount and frequencey or better yet, scrap ads for prime subscribers

i have already dropped at least a dozen streamers because of ads.the other thing is prime subs get toooo many ads as well,you would think twitch would support a streamer that most people sub with prime.i pay 147.00 a year for prime but soon no more,tired of the bs with all the ads
update:i just clicked on one of my fave streamers and right off the bat i get hit with 5 fing adds before i could say hello.needless to say i stopped watching and logged out,,this is total *********,,fix this **** twitch enough is enough!!!

Do note that, Yes ad's are super annoying but for smaller streamers that can't get emotes and what not, people arn't going to just sub on them when they can sub to someone that has cool emotes and fancy things, it's sadly the only way for small streamers to even get close to a way to make money on stream, i think that they should do the ads that slowly zoom out the screen and have a small banner that doesn't bother the streamer or stream viewers and still have a ad it's still annoying but people on twitch that are tiny can still make a tiny bit of income this way and people will be more happy

this is the MAIN reason ive streamed on YT that and the little kids that kuss you out i left this platform in 18 and went to YT well now iam back and ill give it a second shot! and the ADS have got to go iam a prime Twitch member and i dont get anything for free

I have never been more angry about implementation of Ads on a platform, even traditional TV. I barely watch any of my favorite streams anymore entirely due to twitch implementation and insane disruption caused by them. It feels intentionally malicious it is so badly done. I pull up a stream intending to watch and immediately quit when force fed long ads.

I have paid for a sub so I don't have to watch ads, but now you've forced them on me. I will no longer be subbing so you have cost the streamer, and yourself, money.

I DESPISE being Prime & getting an ad right at the beginning of clicking into a stream & then again mid-way thru a stream. 90% if the time I just close out when an ad comes up. No use watching stream if I get ads I don't even care for.
