Ability for Streamer to gift Twitch Turbo
Twitch streamers sometimes have giveaways. And whats not better to give away than give out Turbo benefits (you would see the value of this if there was added additional 5-10 emoticons to Turbo features).
Basically streamer could buy 1 month of Turbo and give it it out to someone in the twitch stream.

Yes! I was looking for a way to gift Turbo subs to my followers and was surprised to see there's no option for that! It would make a great giveaway!

I would like to gift Turbo Subsription to my friends/users - the other day a friend wanted another user color but they didnt have the money so i thought it would have been cool to gift them Turbo so they could change their color.
And i think it would be nice in general to be able to give something back to others on the platform without it being only a giftsub to a specific channel.
