No. This was bad idea. We need to separate classic wow and retail. Its completely different people when achievements, unlockable mounts, pets, attire and other are not shared between games for transmogrify and other purposes.

Streamers can pay nice amount of money to play DMCA copyrighted music in their streams without getting DMCA strike. This can be obtained by making monthly payment subscription payment for twitch. Twitch will pay forward some money to DMCA companies in similiar manner that Spotify pays for their companies. This could be how to resolve this issue.

This could be good for seasonal events like halloween, christmas, winter, and others. Some other appliances could be done on events and other stuff to celebrate different things. Im not sure how many different sets could be good number so maybe even 20 different sets for streamers that are either partner or have subcription button could be maybe done? This should be easy enough to be done into twitch without any external addons, extensions or APIs if twitch has someone that knows his way around and is proper coder already at twitch.
