1. Stop the price hike! This is going to lose volume. And that is dumb marketing.

   The price hike has been going on for years and nothing ground breaking has been implemented on your part, so I cannot in all good faith sit back and take yet another bump to subscription pricing. I personally have had a gutfull of eating the price hikes over and over. And I refuse to go to the ridiculously aggressive ad campaign Twitch appears to be employing in non subbed streams. So looks like I'm voting with my wallet and getting a gym membership, or re-doubling my book and record collections, certainly won't be a kindle reader.... Either way, Amazon or any subsidiary will see a cent of my money anymore if I don't see this price hike rolled back.

2. Canada Price increases

   The upcoming pricing changes in Canada are ridiculous and the justifications given are non-sensical. The current CAD 6.99 price is ALREADY more than 5 USD not to mention the taxes we have to pay on it already, CAD7.99 is too steep of an increase. Many other countries with weaker economies are getting sub price reductions, either in USD or local currency.
   The justification for the change is "This year we are updating prices in several countries to help streamer revenue keep pace with rising costs and reflect local currency fluctuations." If they want to help streamers in North America, they should be increasing the prices in USD, not CAD. The US has a much stronger economy and a massively larger viewer base.
   The exchange rate has been pretty stable for the last 8 years, hovering at around 0.75 USD / 1 CAD. 6.99 CAD has only dropped below 5 USD twice in that time, January 2016 and May 2020. At every other point in time, Canadians have been paying more for subs than Americans.

   This is taxing the poor to feed the rich.

3. Please bring back discount for subbing 3 or 6 months

   The ability to get a % discount by subbing for longer has vanished. Subbing is expensive, and i have stopped since this vanished. Please bring it back

4. Request for Review of Prime Gaming Subscription Payout Model in Turkey

   Dear Twitch Team,

   I hope this message finds you well. My name is Caner, and I am a Twitch Partner Streamer based in Turkey. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue that has been affecting not only me but also other streamers in our region.

   Recently, Twitch made a commendable move by updating and increasing the regional subscription prices in Turkey. This change was a positive step towards ensuring a fair amount for streamers. However, there seems to be an oversight regarding the Prime Gaming subscription payout model rate for each country.

   Despite the increase in subscription prices, the Prime Gaming subscription cut for streamers is smaller than ever. This discrepancy has resulted in a significantly smaller cut for streamers in Turkey compared to other countries. Given the recent adjustments in subscription prices, the current Prime Gaming subscription cut seems disproportionately small.

   This situation creates an unfair environment for Turkish streamers who, like their global counterparts, invest significant time and effort into creating content and building communities on Twitch. We believe that the spirit of fairness that guided the adjustment of subscription prices should also apply to the Prime Gaming subscription payout model.

   We kindly request that Twitch reviews the Prime Gaming subscription payout model for Turkey. We are confident that a revision in line with the updated subscription prices would greatly benefit Turkish streamers and reinforce Twitch's commitment to supporting its content creators globally.

5. REDUCCIÓN ABUSIVA EN LOS COBROS POR SUSCRIPCIÓN

   Comencé cobrando 2.50$ la suscripción de los seguidores y me parece genial que se reduzcan los precios de paga siempre que se ayude a los seguidores. Pero esta última suscripción me ha proporcionado exactamente 0.94$, es decir menos de 1$ y esto ya me parece demasiado, a este paso tendremos que pagar nosotros porque se suscriban cuando se supone que estamos generando unos ingresos a la plataforma aunque algunos lo hagan en mayor o menor medida y creo que debería haber un cambio porque me parece abusivo lo que cobramos los afiliados siendo los que además necesitamos más ese dinero. Cambienlo pronto por favor.

6. Regarding Subscriptions price change

   I think we all agree its unfair and frustrating that sub prices changes all over the world and its still the same for us in Kuwait :) Its really bothering that i need to pay double the price as all the countries around me just because im from kuwait ?! like its really bothering and frustrating !! its the exact double ! I have to pay 5$ while others in Saudi Arabia or Iraq pay 2.49$ ?
   its the main role for us as viewers/supporters for the gaming community to support streamers by gifting subs or subscriping and those changes makes it really hard so instead i started considering donations or bits instead of subscriptions :))

8. Standardized sub fees

   I believe that all countries should have their subscription fees standardized. Any country that pays more than U.S users should have their fees reduced to match the same price of U.S users and any countries that pay less than U.S users should have their fees increased to match U.S users; that way it's fair for all users.

9. I am currently puzzled and utterly bemused by the new local subscription prices

   To whom it may concern,
   Dear Twitch,

   There is something I MUST understand regarding these new sub prices, otherwise it will drive me insane.

   In your official blog https://blog.twitch.tv/en/2021/08/05/local-sub-pricing-expands-worldwide/, under the 'Introducing Local Subscription Pricing' headline, you state, I quote "Over the next few months, we’ll be adjusting the price of subscriptions (existing subs, new paid subs, and gift subs) in most countries to better align with their local cost of living."

   I live in Estonia, within 15 minute walk from Russia (literally; it's a frontier town). New sub prices for Russia, tier ascending, are €1.5, €3, and €7.5. For Estonia: €4, €8, and €20, respectively. Same as for Germany. This means that a tier-3 in Russia is CHEAPER than my tier-2, and for me buying ONE tier-3 equals almost SEVEN tiers-2 there.

   Here are some fun economy facts, though. A minimum wage in Russia, in 2021, is €148 a month (most wages, however, are paid "in the shadow", circumventing taxation). In Estonia, it is €584 a month, and €3.48 per hour. In Germany, it is €1614 a month, and €9.60 per hour. Furthermore, a subsistence minimum in Russia, in 2021, is €147 for a work-able adult individual. In Estonia: €150. In Germany, it is €680. Which leads to my next two questions.

   First, have the brilliant minds behind the reformed pricelist concentrated exclusively on the countries with substantial viewer count, and just blended all the rest together under the common denominator (e.g. Germany for EU), indiscriminately, regardless of their economies and their income per soul?

   And second, if the people in charge have a clear understanding that, even though our view count is relatively low, we are still not wild mammals for a superior species to disregard, are the necessary adjustments to the new sub prices going to be considered?
