This idea would be a extension of another idea already suggested for favorites lists.

Instead of a favorites list, we have a system, where we can create custom lists and add streamers to those lists. It would be different, in that you can create a list for any purpose, like supporting people trying to get their partner push, people you like to follow, streams you don't want to miss, etc.

We keep the design open, allowing a list to be created for anything, making it a general purpose feature.

Advantages:

• Users who follow a lot of people, will get a new way to access their favorite streams and not miss them.

• An open design, allows the lists to help better manage which streams they watch and a new way to track them.

Disadvantages:

• A user could create too many lists (we can limit to 5)

• A user could add a stream to multiple lists (we figure out the solution for this problem)

• A user could use this feature for hate raids (track list usage on the backend, correlate the streams on the list to their ban rate to determine abuse and take corrective action.

• Do not expose this as a statistic to the streamer (could be a metric used to compare one's self to another streamer, adding another point, which could make a creator uneasy.

The initial design would just be for the list feature. Later, can be tweaked to add notifications. Maybe a more prominent visual pop up when someone on one of the lists goes live. We keep the design simple to start.
