Convert to Amazon's phone verification system/Stop excluding landline's/Add "send a call with a code" option
Your parent company Amazon offers phone verification with "send a call with a code" option that accepts landline phone # for verification.
Please if phone verification is mandatory now you cannot, I repeat with extra stressors, CANNOT EXCLUDE ANYONE.
This should have happened simultaneously with the change-over to mandatory phone verification.
What was the thought process here? Skip an entire demographic with no valid justification?
