Logging in and out ,signing in and out

I always have trouble making a twitch account,I DREAD IT,it's just too much work for a username in some app to watch someone play a game for 8-10 hours.ys I understand that I can get hacked by my account...but I always have to creat a new Gmail account just for something so irrelevant.please think of an alternative solution
