fix this bug.

PHONE NUMBER BUG. I removed my phone number from an old account and now that phone number cannot be used on any account even the on it was on before. FIX THIS SO I CAN USE TWITCH.

I have also had this happen. Now there is no way to link my cell to my account. I CANNOT get another cell just to have another number so I can be a verified user to chat in someones stream
