This cooldown definitely need to be reduced. 6 month to get an old name back is way too long, mostly when you regretted your change. Moreover, these cooldown only indicate the minimum time. Some people never got their name back. This policy needs to change.

I don't have much to say, besides half a year is an obscenely long wait to reclaim your original username. As is 2 months to try a new one.

the posivility that you can change you username during the hold day, because i wrote it rong i now i must to have a rong name for 2 months

I accidentally made my twitch name but I wanna change it but I can’t

As a trans person, I find it hard to find a real name I like. And it especially doesn't help having to wait to change my username if it has a name I no longer use anymore. I think changing the amount of time you'd need to wait lower or add a way for maybe Prime/Turbo users to change it faster.

Just let a person change their name whenever, especially if they mess up their name.

I recently change my user name, but I regretted. I found a username that I really wanted and now I can’t change it, because I have to wait 2 months (TWO MONTHS) to change. That’s awfully frustrating.

2 months is a crazy amount of time to have to wait to change your name again, especially if you made a mistake. It's also extremely frustrating as absolutely nobody is using my name currently, who used it previously should not matter. We should also be allowed the opportunity to change our names back if we are unhappy or make a mistake. Twitch is literally the only website that does this and it's infuriating, nobody likes it or thinks it's a good idea.

닉네임변경 날짜좀 줄여주세요.... 60일 너무 길어요.... 3~7일정도로 줄여주세요....

pls let people, what made mistakes be changing there names, change there name before the 2 month rule again
