Restore functionality of Followed Channels on FireTV devices
I don't know if this was purposeful part of the update, or merely a bug, but a few weeks ago an update got pushed to all of my FireTV devices, logging me out of each. When I logged back in, only 2 or 3 of my 20+ live followed channels would display. If I login on a PC, everything seems to be fine. I use my FireTV devices to watch Twitch more than anything else, but having to manually search for my favorite streams is a major turn-off... please please please prioritize a fix for this

Same! Why do I have to search for channels I’ve subscribed to - there’s nowhere in the entire interface I can access them without searching.
One of them is Critical Role (because I rarely have time to watch a 4-hour stream live) - and they’re a significant money driver for Twitch. Why not make it easier to find those channels? (Otherwise Twitch is losing business to YouTube…)

I agree. The FireTV update really messed up the experience. You can no longer comment on the app either. I use my FireTV as the main way to watch Twitch. So now searching through the menu's are more difficult, finding my own followed content is harder, and it directs me to the phone app for commenting. Which is a jarring experience because the app runs the stream at the same time but usually there's a time difference of a few seconds between the two.

V10 removed the ability on FireTV to view a list of followed channels so that one might access their VODs

I wish that my issue was simply that the app was not displaying the OFFLINE streamers that I follow (another issue that should certainly be corrected). My main concern is that is not displaying the streamers that I follow that ARE live
i.e. My PC (the Twitch website) shows that 10 of my followed channels are live, and the FireTV app MIGHT display that only 1 or 2 are live. The rest I have to search for
I have to MANUALLY search for LIVE channels that I have been following for years??? It's ridiculous!

The issue is that the 'upgraded' app can no longer prominently present users with ANY content that is not streaming live. If your followed streamer isn't live you have to search for them, as if you were looking up a streamer you don't follow and have never seen before. It's absolutely ridiculous and the decision makers clearly either didn't care, don't understand, or weren't allowed to prioritize feature parity with this redesign of the app. Really concerning...
FYI, I noted this failing and many others with the new app here as well:

To be clear, I've already attempted the basic clearing of data, cache, uninstall/reinstall... all with no success. I'm all for the updating of UI and things of that nature, but not at the expense of functionality.
