Portrait Mode for Clips is not a suitable way to enjoy a clip on an iPad. A device like this has plentiful real estate horizontally and clips should reasonably be viewed like on PC: in Landscape Mode with no cropping, trimming or alternative placement. Clips in Portrait Mode sacrifice clip clarity, either by cropping parts of the stream or making it smaller than it reasonably should for viewing. Thumbnails for Home Page Without thinking, I reach to block everybody on the new autoplay home page, it feels quite hostile. Thumbnails should return to the home page in some way.

Give us a legacy app for twitch mobile or revert the changes already. The new update is Universally hated, i have even seen Twitches own devs calling it garbage online. Its not Accessible, its hard to navigate, despite saying you stopped the random stream switching, its still happening! Just Listen to us Already! The highest rated thing's Anywhere here on the uservoice is people demanding the new app be reverted! Why are you ignoring your user base!

確かにユーザーに動画を見てもらうことで新たな配信者、コンテンツとの出会いがあるかもしれない。
しかし一般にユーザーはある固定の配信者たちの配信を観たいため、今回のアップデートのせいで観たくもない配信を画面に表示され、自分の観たい配信へと行き着くことが困難になっている。

Pin channels to top of sidebar Ability to pin a channel to the top of the sidebar channel list, or automatically pin channels a user is currently subscribed to to the top.
I usually come to watch vods from only a couple people and don’t want to unfollow all the other channels just to be able to find them in the list of all the people I follow. The recent choice to make icons black and white when channels are offline makes it harder to find them. Or an ability to sort by recently watched would be very helpful.5 votes -
Remove the thin black areas at the top and bottom of the clip feed Vertical editing of clips is now possible, so clips are displayed from the top edge to the bottom edge. The black areas at the top and bottom are covered by clips and look dirty.
This may not have been a problem in the past with 16:9 video, but it should be adjusted to vertical clips.
It may be necessary to ensure visibility of title text, etc. However, the display should be kept to a minimum, such as black outlines.5 votes -

Das neue Handy Update Liebes Twitch Team. Ich bin ein Riesen Fan von eurer App und von dem was ihr macht. Das einzige Problem das ich momentan habe ist das neue Handy Update. Außer den Aspekten das es mir Optisch nicht gefällt gibt es auch einige Probleme: manchmal bin ich in einem Stream und es schickt mich Random zu anderen Streams zusätzlich wenn ich einem Stream zuschaue und nachschauen möchte wer sonst noch so Live ist, geht dierekt mein kleines Fenster auf Pause und dieses kleinen „tik tok“ Fenster fangen an ab zu spielen. Das nervt ein bisschen. Ich hoffe diese Nachricht erreicht jemanden…

Vorrei che Twitch tornasse come era prima del suo ultimo aggiornamento e mi piaceva anche quando stava la pubblicità che stava la stram Vorrei che Twitch sia diverso da tik tok io conosco Twitch proprio perché era diverso invece adesso hanno messo che per vedere le live bisogna scrollare io amavo il Twitch prima del ultimo aggiornamento

Returning from the stream manager to the startpage on the new Twitch app is either impossible or convoluted Returning from the stream manager to the start page on the new Twitch app is either impossible or convoluted. I find myself unable to exist the stream manager. Is there some trick to doing so? I was only able to go swipe open my following list and click on a channel there (and then going back to start) or closing the app (back button on android) and opening it again.

Image previews of accounts followed in new discovery feed app update Everything else about the update aside, it's a markedly different experience on the mobile app to no longer be able to visually see what people I'm following are streaming in the following pane.
So, it'd be nice to see a still, if even a small one, from channels I follow when scrolling down their list in the left-hand slide in/drop down menu, as to know what I'm getting into.
The discovery feed seems like it has some cool potential though.

The latest March 2026 iOS mobile update prevents minimizing the window, making the Twitch app unusable. Most people cannot block their phone, for an extended duration, for a Twitch stream. Having to leave a stream to use any other function of the phone is absurd. There are already more than enough bugs & issues with streams, streaks, connectivity, drops, etc. Limiting viewers ability to stay in app is bad business. You make iOS owners have to go to a desktop full version to get our drops, NOW we can’t even do that DURING a stream! This is so bad.

GET RID OF TIKTOK HOME PAGE This is not tiktok and will never be anything like it, the new feed is horrible whoever decided it was a good idea needs to be fired. Obviously from all the other posts on here about it, NO ONE likes the change. All it does is add to the increasing list of twitch failures. It’s like they went in the meeting and asked “what’s another way to shoot ourselves in our foot & make our users even more angry at us”

Homepage The new homepage, which immediately shows a live stream in progress, shows spoilers. I opened the Twitch app on Android, and the app immediately showed me a live stream of Silent Hill 2, right at the end of the game. There was no sound, and even though I tried to quickly close the app, I had already seen it. I wanted to play it without knowing anything, but the damage is done.
