Download and watch VODS offline for android and iOS phone / tablet.

It would be cool to be able to watch twitch VODS offline. Maybe download them onto the phone first, then be able to watch them later.

I agree with this idea because I'd like to watch missed streams whenever I'm on public transport or listen to it as like a podcast.
