[UI] Promotion banners
During paid promotion f.e in gears of war e-day the big portion of screen is taken by the promotion banner in horizontal as well as in classic vertical player. Even on my iphone pro max it takes way too much space. Proposed change is make it fade out/ disappear after some certain amount of time as it does during stream
collaborations.
