[Degraded performance] IOS emote selection takes too long to load

Version: Twitch V31.3.2 (262641854483190713)

When opening the emote panel the emotes take way too long to load, as if on dial-up.

Same issue on: Twitch V31.3.4 (262680250331365874)

Additionally, lazy loading plays catch-up, so the emotes that were already loaded beforehand slowly pick up after being scrolled into view.

There is no visual indication on emotes being loaded.
