To be fair, the new update is rather "clonky" and visually lacks. The recent update shows us "recommended content" but I have never once followed anyone that has been recommended me through the app. I prefer to watch smaller channels. The current layout screams "look at these big channels" while brushing everyone else under the rug. If you want to get the upper hand on your competitors, I suggest you revert. You're not giving us the option to really browse (without jumping through hoops) or catching up with streamers that we have made connections with. The people we follow are the ones we want to support but removing all of that and shoving mainstream into our faces kinda leaves a sour taste. I respect the major jump in UI design but the accessibility is a nightmare. You're going to lose a lot of users if there isn't something done. I loathe opening the app honestly. I used to have it running all the time but now it's rare that I watch anything. Maybe I touch it twice a week compared to five or six.

In conclusion, you're going to lose people to your competitors. You give off inconclusiveness and carelessness. I put up with the ad culture and the **** poor revenue that streamers get compared to your competitors but this, this might be the breaking point for you guys..
