Make the Following tab the default on mobile
It’s obnoxious to enter the app and have a random stream start playing. Please restore the previous default of going to the followed channels and being able to pick a stream from there.

To make the “Following” tab the default on mobile, you’ll typically need to adjust your app’s navigation settings or use a script that prioritizes tab order on load. This ensures users land directly on the content they care about most. Customizing the user experience like this saves time and boosts engagement—just like using tools that simplify routine tasks. If you often work with images, using a free online JPG to PDF converter https://imageconvert.org/jpg-to-pdf can make your workflow smoother. Instead of navigating complex software, just upload your JPG file, convert it instantly, and download a clean, shareable PDF. It’s mobile-friendly, fast, and doesn’t require any sign-ups or installations. Whether you're organizing app tabs or image files, the goal is the same: better usability. Optimize your time and tasks with smart, accessible tools designed to make everyday digital work easier on desktop or mobile.

The fact that they haven't even done this yet, when their stats have to prove this is what people want, because almost everyone that hits that screen immediate presses following...and how almost all of the top voted complaints is related to the new design... Twitch is still trying to push this horrible design and doesn't care to even do this fix...

Agreed. At least for users that follow over 100 channels - lots of content they WANT to watch.

It’s a simple as let the user decide what menu they want as default! I know some people like just watching whatever is on but I like just my followed page.
Somewhere easy to find the settings a “set default page” and you can keep the same UI
(Also revert this update for the love of your mobile community it’s the worst I’ve ever seen the mobile app.) -

They've done it again with the newest update but in a different way, and every time I want to see who else is on (or mistakenly hit the back button) it stops the stream I'm lisening to and plays what it thinks I should see but muted, then I have to swipe from the side to get the menu I'm used to to get back to what I was watching. Put it back, please. Or at least let the user select what's default.
