I can´t post stories anymore for clips, I get an error message "try again", I try again and the story just tries to load, nothing posts, I have tried clips that have worked in the past and I get the same message

Hit with the bug... My following likes my stories. Guess I will have to make a snapchat for them instead.

Let us turn the stories off PLEASE. Some of us hate this feature.

I usually give designers the benefit of the doubt but this feature implementation makes it pretty clear the people working on it do not use the platform at all. I’ve started using YouTube for any stream that’s on both because you’ve made it harder for me to watch the content I’m following.

While the consept of stories could be interesting, the way it's currently implemented is not good, it's fully taken over my pc sidebar i can't see any of my followed channels on there anymore.

I believe stories could be added as a thing creators could use but it shouldn't be modifying the entire sites flow. If a streamer isn't live and uploads to their story it could have their avatar get a colored hue around it that when a viewer clicks on their channel instead of it showing their offline screen would load into their story where the offline screen would normally be, let there be the chat and followed channels on the sides. Stories should be over ruling anything like they currently are.

You're literally just making the app hard to use and ******* off the users.

I have cancelled all of my subs because the app is so bad now that I just don't want to use it, so I just don't use twitch anymore.

Remove it.

Absolutely pointless, this is a livestreaming site, not tiktok

I cant even click a profile now to see their content anymore without loading up their stupid stories.

If I wanted to watch short-form content, I'd go to tik tok or youtube.

I come to twitch to watch streams, browse clips, and watch vods that I missed, and I rarely do the last one.

This has become such an annoyance.

Why are you replacing NORMAL CORE FUNCTIONS with STORIES? You made it so confusing to just SEE a person live now.

Clicking on a profile picture SHOULD BRING YOU TO THEIR STREAM. NOT THEIR SHORT CONTENT!!!!

LIVE STREAMS SHOULD BE THE PRIORITY!

No one wants this, every comment is asking or just straight up telling you to get rid of this. Why are you guys so set on making your platform worse?

Not that I or anyone else dumb enough to complain to a company who will never give an answer, if the horrible reception to the un useable mobile app is anything to go by.

It really sucks that the only way to get rid of this guff is to unfollow anyone who is dumb enough to post a story on twitch.

DUMBEST IDEA EVER! REMOVE IT!

Please get rid of stories, no one cares. There's no method to opt out from seeing this top of my following feed. I unfollowed two channels already as it's the only way to partially get rid of something no one wants. This will kill channels and twitch.

When are we getting an option to not see stories? its annoying and forced me to unfollow people i been watching for +7 years.

Please remove stories. I keep unfollowing streamers to get their stories off my page, and I'm going to run out of people to follow at this rate.

I cant post any stories due to a bug. Fix the bugs or remove the feature entirely. This isn't instagram

Attaching a streamers Story to their avatar when on their page removes the functionality of using that to navigate to their clips and past broadcast. To put that plainly, that's ******* AWFUL. Fire whoever came up with that idea.

I'd love to see this feature removed with extreme prejudice. I already block this on Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram... why would i want it on Twitch?

I literally couldn't care less about stories. If you are CONVINCED you need to keep them, at least make it an option to disable having to see them for those of us who just see them as noise.

The story feature is garbage, and utterly pointless. Twitch is a streaming platform, not a social network. Get rid of it. Or at least be decent human beings, and give people the option to disable seeing them on their account.
