The sidenav on the iPad app does not refresh automatically.

Upvoted -- kind of annoying; agree with your pull-to-refresh issue as well

lack of refreshing on Apple TV as well.

It is also difficult to drag down and manually refresh the sidenav. It seems like a 50/50 chance of the drag down being recognized as a refresh.
