On the Twitch Android app, you have two seek buttons on VODS to go 30 seconds forwards, or 10 seconds backwards. These buttons plainly suck. The touch area for them is incredibly small especially for someone with big fingers. I often miss an input when seeking so I double tap which more often than not brings up chat. Which I obviouly don't want and it is incredibly frustrating.

I don't understand why they are made like this, and I also don't understand why there are three seperate inputs to bring up chat - a double tap, an on-screen button and a swipe. This is unnesecary and one of those inputs could be used for something else, say a better seek input.

I propose that the double tap input to bring up chat should be swapped for a better seek input. Say, double tapping on the right side of the screen goes forward in VODS and double tapping the left side of the screen rewinds in VODS. In both landscape AND portrait orientations. This idea is ripped directly from YouTube's mobile app but it works flawlessly and it isn't the only video service app that uses it.

There is no need to have THREE inputs for one action, like Chat, especially on VODS where chat is not in use as much.
