Mobile Users cannot access custom rewards on new channel points
As described, apparently on all mobile apps users cannot access the custom rewards that we make up for the new channel points. They just need access to them

This functionality is now live and should be able to access any customer rewards for channel points on the mobile apps.
If for some reason you are still having issues please reach out to our teams at help.twitch.tv so they can help you with troubleshooting.
