Implement ChannelSubscriptionMessage on unity plugin Please implement ChannelSubscriptionMessage from eventsub as an event for the unity plugin as it is more interactive with viewers.
Subscriber events do happen in the moment when someone subscribes and not when a notification is sent through chat, so if someone is already subscribed and they just want to send the notification when streamer is live, that action does not trigger Subscribe events and also there is no way to get the message from chat.

Unreal Engine plugin TwitchSDKStructs.h has incorrectly exposed params for blueprint structure utilization. Every instance of the UPROPERTY macro for struct properties in TwitchSDKStructs.h in the "TwitchSDK-Unreal-121523" version uses BlueprintReadOnly, but should use BlueprintReadWrite.
The current structs can not be modified in blueprints due to this error. The "make struct" blueprint nodes have an output and no inputs to actually feed data into the struct as a result.
Changing these from BlueprintReadOnly to BlueprintReadWrite solved the issue locally for me, and I am able to continue working with a mix of c++/blueprint.

suggestion I hope you can provide a Node.js example of a WebSocket connection to the server at 'wss://eventsub.wss.twitch.tv/ws'. After reading the document, I am still unable to establish a normal WebSocket connection to the Twitch EventSub server. Thank you.

Add EventSub topic for when viewers follow others through a shoutout you gave It would be nice to be able to have bots/alerts respond to when viewers follow a streamer shouted out on the channel they're being shouted out from.
Often when getting a raid and shouting out the raider I can't tell if anyone actually follows through with following the person who raided.
The ability to provide an alert, or chat message thanking those who click the follow button could improve the engagement on shout outs. Or at the very least provide insight to the streamer if they're being effective at promoting others.

Fix capitalization the codeblock under 'Authentication' has quite a few issues with it.
Incorrect capitalization on the TwitchSDK.Interop; , a missing semicolon on the first variable declaration, incorrect capitalization on the Start() and UpdateAuthState()2 votes -
Add Conduit subscription type menu Why are conduit sub types listed under channel sub types? Seems like conduits should have their own menu listing.

Endpoint Scope Mismatch across Docs The scopes for "Update User Extensions" and "Get User Active Extensions" are different on differant pages.
On https://dev.twitch.tv/docs/authentication/scopes/ it's "channel:manage:extensions" but on https://dev.twitch.tv/docs/api/reference it's "user:edit:broadcast".
This feedback is related to another one I've posted, https://twitch.uservoice.com/forums/310213-developers/suggestions/47456123-missing-scope-user-edit-broadcast2 votes -
Possible minor BUG: Features onChanged helper callback Features onChanged helper callback executed once instead when e.g. chat or bits enabled changes
it appears that atleast in hosted env, the following code:
const onChangedFeaturesCallback = (changes) => { console.log(changes) } window.Twitch.ext.features.onChanged(onChangedFeaturesCallback)is executed once. It is not wrapped within
onAuthorized. Context: the broadcaster and user are the same logged in clients, and the client is affiliatehttps://dev.twitch.tv/docs/extensions/reference/#onchanged-features
I could not verify it works on production. Based on the docs mentioned above, I would expect it to execute the callback function whenever features change (including hosted/dev stage) .. e.g. chatEnabled or bitsEnabled changed by the broadcaster in permission…

Allow Batch Querying of Followers Get Channel Followers (https://api.twitch.tv/helix/channels/followers) has an optional
user_idparameter to provide support for checking if a particularuser_idis following the broadcaster.However, it doesn't allow you to supply more than one user_id. This makes it impossible to batch check if certain users are following.
Most other endpoints allow this batching behavior such as:
Get Banned Users
Get User Chat Color
Get VIPs
Get Users
Get Broadcaster Subscriptions
Get Channel InformationMy Use Case:
I would like streamers to set up automation triggers based on if a viewer is following/subbed/etc. To do this I lazily update a cache…

Get Channel Point Reward - Proposed Changes/Additions There should be a minimal method of getting basic information about a Channel Point Reward e.g. Custom Name, using only its ID.
For example, lets say we listen to the
redeemevent with tmi.js, all we're given (as far as I can see) is the rewardId. I'd want to be able to use this rewardId to fetch more basic,non-private information, such as the Reward's custom name, without the need for a user token from the broadcaster.If we're able to fetch basic stream information (e.g. title, game) without the need for a broadcaster's token, we SHOULD be able to at…

MQTT Transport Are there any plans to implement MQTT as an available transport? It seems like the protocol's architecture suits EventSub very well and might make EventSub easier for developers familiar with it.
Not sure how authorization would be handled. That might be a chore, but if it's worth the effort involved it would be cool to have.

Additional control over Twitch.ext.bits.useBits function I would like to suggest a new callbackFunction argument passed into the current useBits(sku: String) function.
The new callbackFunction as an argument would take on this function prototype:
useBits: void function(sku: String , callbackFunction: function).
It would be great to have payments be processed only when the specific callbackFunction returns true, otherwise do not process the payment and return a message to the user in the open dialog.
For example:
useBits(sku, callbackFunction){
...
if (callbackFunction() == true){
// purchase sku
}
else{// do not process sku, and return
}
...
}
Although helpful, bits.onTransactionComplete only gets called after the…

Improve extensions activation button Bug report
Hi, the twitch extension button that is provided by twitch and used to enable an extension when watching a stream, is inaccessible.We are working on an extension that is relevant for screen reader users (folks who are blind or low vision) and the extension button is just a div with an SVG inside.
It is urgent that this is changed to a <button> so that assistive technologies can use it. Also, it only appears when the video is hovered, but the button being focused causes it to go away. Please help! Thanks
