Change Extension Description in chat messages I discovered that the extension in Twitch chat displays an incorrect description. The 'Description' section is supposed to be viewable only by streamers and viewers on the Extension Detail page, but this is not the case. Instead, the 'Description' appears in the chat, as opposed to the 'Summary'. As illustrated in the provided screenshot [https://imgur.com/a/LNOpr6B], I filled out all three forms, and the chat shows the 'Description'. It would be more appropriate to display the 'Summary' in chat since the 'Description' can be quite lengthy.

Enhanced Experiences Replacement With Twitch Drops 1.0 we were able to grant drops to players at will. We developed custom rules for different time based drops. We used to have:
Cumulative time watching streams (as we have now)
Time watched on a single stream
Time watched on a single streamer (allowing over multiple streams)
Stream drops (so everyone watching a streamer would get a rare drop together)
Game drops (so everyone watching any stream would get a rare drop together, was good for key drops on announcements)
Gameplay driven drops (so when winning a match, give drops to viewers)
While some of this…

Provide way for developers to get support on monetization in more private manner I am hesitant to ask financial questions online in public spaces, and frankly shouldn't be required to. I would have preferred an email directly with the developer support team. Being a software developer for 20 years myself, I understand not giving out direct contact info for the developer team. However, questions related to financial payments should not be direct to be discussed in a public space. Having a private way to relay information with the developer team, if I am not allowed to contact them directly (they do not have a contact email or form), would be important.
Alternatively, monetization…

Clips API documentation change The hyperlink in the sentence: "To create a clip from a broadcaster’s stream, use the Create Clip API" points to:
https://dev.twitch.tv/docs/api/reference/#get-clips
When it should probably point to:
https://dev.twitch.tv/docs/api/reference/#create-clip
As it relates to creating a clip.

Endpoint "WANTS" Hello,
I would like to find the list of "Wants" below the games thanks to an Endpoint. This would allow me to really follow the trends of the expected games and those that unfortunately don't interest ...2 votes -

Favorites list, Subscribed To list, and Followed list. It would be awesome if there could be a way we can pin or select our Favorite streamers and sections that automatically lists and separates our Subscribed-to streamers from Followed streamers.

Add EventSub topic for when viewers follow others through a shoutout you gave It would be nice to be able to have bots/alerts respond to when viewers follow a streamer shouted out on the channel they're being shouted out from.
Often when getting a raid and shouting out the raider I can't tell if anyone actually follows through with following the person who raided.
The ability to provide an alert, or chat message thanking those who click the follow button could improve the engagement on shout outs. Or at the very least provide insight to the streamer if they're being effective at promoting others.

Possibility for the user to change the audio separately Hello, my name is Bruno Salviati, I'm from Brazil, unfortunately I don't speak English well, so I'm going to use Google Translate, I hope it can translate what I want to say.
I was watching a live, and I realized that an implementation could be part of Lives and VODs, when you receive a broadcast from OBS Studio or OBS Labs, the audio is not only separated from the video, it is separated by tracks, such as Track 1, Track 2.. and so subsequently, one of the actions would be for me to be able to broadcast with music and…

Allow Batch Querying of Followers Get Channel Followers (https://api.twitch.tv/helix/channels/followers) has an optional
user_id
parameter to provide support for checking if a particularuser_id
is following the broadcaster.However, it doesn't allow you to supply more than one user_id. This makes it impossible to batch check if certain users are following.
Most other endpoints allow this batching behavior such as:
Get Banned Users
Get User Chat Color
Get VIPs
Get Users
Get Broadcaster Subscriptions
Get Channel InformationMy Use Case:
I would like streamers to set up automation triggers based on if a viewer is following/subbed/etc. To do this I lazily update a cache…

API status page is gated by Atlassian login? Hey Twitch team -- the Twitch API "status page" link at the bottom of the page at https://dev.twitch.tv/docs/api/guide/#twitch-api-health currently links to a login-gated Atlassian page.
I tried using my work's Atlassian account, but even with that, I can't view the Twitch API health page.
Any way to make it publicly accessible?

Error in documentation for webhook event handling This page has an error. It says "you must set the Content-Type response header to the length of the challenge value" <- THIS IS INCORRECT!!!
Content length goes in 'Content-Length' which is usually set automatically.2 votes -
Embedding Chat - Cookie message too large You have on your developer site an example to embed the chat.
The problem is: When i embed the chat like your example:<iframe id="twitch-chat-embed"
src="https://www.twitch.tv/embed/twitchdev/chat?parent=dev.twitch.tv"
height="500"
width="350">
</iframe>First I have to accept the cookies, before I can see the chat, but the message is so big, I can't click on confirm. The button doesnt show up on height 500px - it's below under it.
Maybe you can change it, that the buttons are on top and the text under it or make the text collapsible?Btw: The cookie message is in german language
