1. IRL Week

Dedicate a week to IRL streamers that primarily focus on outdoor and social content. They are the street team that share Twitch with the public and work to promote the brand in a positive way. It is their every day interactions that teaches people about Twitch and creates public awareness. Give back to the people putting in the footwork!

2. main page carousel category filter

The purpose of the carousel is to show people streams that they might not find otherwise. The hope is that they will find things they like and then ideally subscribe and make Twitch some money. This is all good.

The problem is that I can't find any way to filter what is shown in the carousel. Today I went to Twitch and every single item in the carousel was "music". I have zero interest in music streams. Other people might not have any interest in sports, art, or even games.

It would be fantastic if we could (at minimum) exclude categories of streams from the carousel. It would be great for Twitch because you wouldn't be wasting that "advertising" space on things that the user will never be interested in and you will never make money from. It would be good for the user because they can more easily find new things that they are interested in.

3. Don't change front page channels to send you to another suggested channel screen

For the the front page, do not have clicking on one of the channels open up another window that just shows even more channels. I have already chosen a channel I want to watch, that's why I clicked on it. There are already nine sections that I counted on the front page with options for streams to choose from. Choosing one and then having to go through yet another screen where I have to find the real button to watch the stream I have already chosen to watch is incredibly annoying, is unnecessarily redundant since there's already multiple sections on the front page that already fulfill that role, and just plain gets in the way of me actually enjoying the content on the site.

What Twitch needs: random streamers get to the frontpage, 1 per day.

So Twitch is getting the whole 'hype train' nonsense thing to get people on the frontpage, even though most of these are the... ahem... 'female streamers in skimpy clothes in sexually suggestive positions/nude' or already popular streamers, driving a massive wedge for discoverability for smaller yet entertaining streamers.

It wouldnt be crazy for Twitch to simply take one random streamer from the bottom drawers (with some kind of filter to prevent the typical moronic '18+SUPER STREAM !SUPPORT !PATREON !TIPS HYPE FOR FORTNITE!' **** from people with zero viewers and followers) and give him something like an hour on the front page so others can see his content and choose to follow him based on their streamer abilities such as interactivity with chat, content, commentary, etc.

With this, Twitch wins in both ways: you get more streamers, you get more popularity with both viewers and streamers and more discoverability means more people are going to buy bits and subs to people they want to support.

Also, i think that DSP should be banned from Twitch and Youtube. Thank you.

Finally, if this eventually gets implemented, please at least give a shoutout for my channel. Thanks!

5. Disable auto-play on main page for logged off users.

   Hi,
Please disable auto-play for streams on main page when logged off or make it at least muted by default.
I just entered main page unlogged with headphones on and got my ear drums blasted with random music stream.
   This is very annoying.

6. Esports Tab

Twitch's discoverability for different forms of content has long been a pain point for the organization, its creators, and its users. Creators have to rely on third party sites and platforms to drive traffic to their channels, users have to rely on streamer collabs and word of mouth to find new content and creators, and Twitch itself tried multiple products to help discoverability. To this date, the only effective one is the directory - which is one distinct advantage Twitch has over other competitors in the space.

To further maintain an organizational advantage over other streaming sites in the space, it's imperative that Twitch further carve out this discoverability identity. I would like to propose an "eSports tab" that allows users to see a schedule of upcoming tournaments that links directly to the channels of the listed tournaments.

   This ensures the following:

   1. Some populations of users feel increasingly disenfranchised by Twitch's brand as a lifestyle site as opposed to a traditional gaming site. This tab addresses those concerns by making gaming a bigger focus in Twitch's suite of products.

   2. The current workflow for finding tournaments for games is a major painpoint. Users have to navigateoff site to places like start.gg, vlr.gg, lolesports, or Team Liquid's site to find out what tournaments are happening. Sometimes a Twitch stream is listed on those sites, but oftentimes they are not. Users have to check multiple sources for information all the time, and because of that their end destination will oftentimes be another platform and not Twitch. I've been in multiple streams when users that are currently watching the broadcast have to ask, "When is top 8?", followed by new users arriving and asking "wait, there was a tournament?" Consolidating information in one place would ease the problems viewers have in watching multi-day events and discovering that events exist at all. To emphasize this point - I didn't even know Rocket League had a championship series until I got raided into it one day.

   3. Since co-streaming is so popular, creators that co-stream the event could be listed in addition to the official stream to help smaller broadcasters. This directly addresses a pain point across multiple games where Twitch would become the default viewing experience.

   4. This is a potential revenue stream. Multiple companies have tried paid access streams before (Capcom, Overwatch Pro League, League Pro View) but most have lacked the infrastructure necessary to make it cost effective. An all access pass where additional functionality is provided through twitch's extension API but monetized through something like Turbo or a Turbo+ would be an insanely more viable value add/business model than previous attempts to monetize eSports specatorship. It is also not limited to professional eSports casts - amateur leagues and streamer leagues could be listed as well (and potentially boosted via advertising dollars) to be shown more prominently in the schedule.

For reference, SOOP has this functionality and it's insanely helpful. The drawback is SOOP's focus on a single region. This idea is an easy slam dunk for Twitch all across the board and is hardly an expensive investment.

Please implement this so I can delete my folder of tournament sites I had to bookmark and so I don't have to rely on SOOP's schedule.

7. Is Assignment Helper the Best Tool for Quick Assignments?

Many students today face tight deadlines, multiple subjects, and constant pressure to perform well. Managing everything at once can feel overwhelming, especially when time is limited.
[url=https://assignmenthelper.io/Assignment helper [/url] is often considered a practical option for students who need fast support without compromising quality.

The rise of digital education has made the online assignment helper a popular choice among learners. These platforms provide access to structured content, research support, and subject-specific guidance. Whether it is a complex project or a simple task, an assignment writing service can reduce stress and save valuable time.

One major advantage of using a best assignment helper is the availability of expert assignment help across various subjects. Students can get assistance from professionals who understand academic standards and formatting requirements. This makes it easier to complete assignments that meet expectations and improve overall performance.

Another benefit is flexibility. An academic writing service allows students to work according to their schedule while still meeting deadlines. This is especially useful for those balancing studies with part-time work or other responsibilities. Essay help and homework help services also support students in understanding difficult topics, which can enhance learning in the long run.

However, choosing the right platform is important. Not every assignment helper offers the same level of quality or support. Students should look for services that provide clear communication, original work, and timely delivery.

In conclusion, an assignment helper can be a valuable tool for quick assignments when used wisely. It not only helps in managing workload but also supports better academic outcomes.

8. recommendation

It's already writen here couple times but i like to re-write again.

I'm banned from one channel and front page in top side i keep seeing same channel in recommendations and seeing you are banned thing everytime i check my homepage.

I blocked that streamer and found not interested icon and clicked it and added to not interested category but i keep seeing same streamer everytime in my frontpage. People telling same thing everytime there's no improvement.

I tried clearing cache, changing vpn-dns, changing browser etc. but it doesnt work. The same channel already blocked and not interested button clicked but it still pops-up in same mainpage in the top, there no way i can remove it.
It's quite annoying, there's nothing left i can do the remove, twitch support doesnt offer solution, i sent screenshot, i did everything they said but problem still happening. I dont want to see you are banned words when i clicked homepage its not about ban or unban same streamer stuck in my homepage everytime he goes online, i see it everytime same streamer on top and seeing you're banned words everytime it becamed chronic problem.

What is the next step after clicking not interested button and blocking same channel? Do i have to ask streamer to delete his channel from twitch?

9. Raid/homepage Idea

Have a category on the homepage, a row with recently went live people. Have the people who have raided the last time they went live posted on the homepage when they first go live the next time, probably capped at once a day. It could be a row of 6 title cards even, and you can click on them to go to there stream, and the next go lives kick the 6th off. Incentive/reward for people raiding keeping people on the site for yall.

11. Front page & number of viewers

When a stream gets on the front page, that channel will automatically play.
The number of viewers will increase.
But, chat section is quiet because they did not click to visit the stream.
Isn't this the same as buying a viewer bot?
I think this specification should be improved.
Even if it plays automatically, please do not count it as a viewer.

Partners can apply to be featured on the top page.
This specification can be used at public events to give the illusion of a larger audience.
In reality, only 10% have arrived.
    Accurate analysis will be lost.

14. Auto-scroll through front page after 20-30 secs

I've noticed that there is one streamer on the front page getting front page views and then everyone else is kind of hidden behind them, although they still count as being on front page, and it requires an intentional scroll that I personally don't do a lot of unless I get curious.

I do however idle on front page sometimes and I feel like this would help discovery slightly for those streamers who don't load on fp with the site but are still on front page technically...

15. You need to replicate what ward.tv was for league of legends live stream filtering

I like league of legends but didnt use twitch ever because I like watching certain champions in certain lanes. So twitch is unuseable for 'discovery' for league of legends streams because u just have to go in one at a time wait for ads then see what champion, then back out and repeat until you decide why am I here again and why did I think anything would have changed. I noticed ward.tv long time later by coincidence someone posted it as a link somewhere. Anyway u could search on multiple champions rank region and specify which sides for which champions (allied or opposing, such as varus plus annie bot vs a jungle amumu) for each and somehow it tells you what games all qualify. that was forever ago. that made twitch something useful, wish I knew it existed back when it did exist and then didnt put off using it until it stopped existing. I assume they only went away because u appeared to try to come out with a similar feature, why bother just absorb theres why recreate the wheel. but now urs doesn't exist and theres doesnt either now. its so annoying. this site has live league of legends games and there never has been a live champion filter. top teemo one trick pony games float to the top and I wonder how much of it is same for me that people are giving up searching and watching them because at least they know what champion is being played. I like teemo but i'd be watching other stuff if I could know who is playing it when. I'm not clicking on a 1000 live stream windows just to spend 8 hours finding out which one is playing a certain champion only to find I clicked on them all at the wrong time in the wrong order.

20. Twitch should not weaponize discovery like they did with the Mountain Dew Exploitathon™ this week.

Twitch should not weaponize discovery like they did with the Mountain Dew Exploitathon™ this week.

Telling us we might maybe have a chance at getting on the front page, if we advertise for Mountain Dew™ for hours, is Twitch admitting that not only do they have pretty granular control over discoverability, but that they withhold it from us so they can use our desperation to get a quick check from a soda company.

It erases all the fragile trust you've built with us, it exposes Twitch as a blatantly rigged game, & it undermines all the effort you've put into improving discoverability on the platform. Withholding the chance at views unless we scream MOUNTAIN DEW at the correct volume, is a painfully short-sighted & manipulative idea.

You need to make it so discoverability isn't something you use against the people who make your website viable. Please, never ever do this again, & please work on some real discoverability measures. Please find a way to make up for this Exploitathon. It's disgusting.
