It's already writen here couple times but i like to re-write again.

I'm banned from one channel and front page in top side i keep seeing same channel in recommendations and seeing you are banned thing everytime i check my homepage.

I blocked that streamer and found not interested icon and clicked it and added to not interested category but i keep seeing same streamer everytime in my frontpage. People telling same thing everytime there's no improvement.

I tried clearing cache, changing vpn-dns, changing browser etc. but it doesnt work. The same channel already blocked and not interested button clicked but it still pops-up in same mainpage in the top, there no way i can remove it.
It's quite annoying, there's nothing left i can do the remove, twitch support doesnt offer solution, i sent screenshot, i did everything they said but problem still happening. I dont want to see you are banned words when i clicked homepage its not about ban or unban same streamer stuck in my homepage everytime he goes online, i see it everytime same streamer on top and seeing you're banned words everytime it becamed chronic problem.

What is the next step after clicking not interested button and blocking same channel? Do i have to ask streamer to delete his channel from twitch?
