Card Opening Category Would be great to have a general card opening (breaks) category in order to join the community.
We already have Pokemon TCG but nothing for the sports or other TCGs.
A all in one category would be perfect for the breakers community.

Audulus Audulus is a Mac and iOS program used to create music with visual programming. It has both an educational and a live performance aspect. I would generally be livestreaming me building/programming modules and patches with it. There is a large and dedicated userbase for this program and I'm sure many others would like to share their own streams as well.

Adding a new category for live paranormal investigations I'm currently live streaming paranormal investigations. I would absolutely love to have a category that can fit better for what I'm doing. Whether it's a general "Outdoor Streaming" category or as straight forward as "Live Paranormal Investigations", it would be nice to not have to fight for discoverabiltiy against others that I'm not even really competing against who are in the "Just Chatting" section. The support has been unreal already! Twitch can really benefit from this along with other streamers and I'd love to help it grow!

Costume play category added Costume play is a genre that has been popular in subculture history and is an important act that has heightened the mood and added fun to people in any game event or competition.
I think she is like a mother who cannot be left out in subculture culture along with animation, games, and drawing.
However, I saw that Twitch does not have a costume play category, so I checked that there is no segmentation, in other words, what we define as outdoor streaming or podcast.

Remove thumbnail preview clutter As someone who frequently goes into categories for my favourite games to find new potential streamers to watch I find it to be quite the eyesore to see stream preview thumbnails cluttered by so many things. Top left is a useless icon telling me that the streamer is live, top right has a timer of how long they've been live for, and the bottom left has their viewer count.
That's three out of four corners taken up by rubbish that obscures the preview. Most streamers who have a webcam place them in the corners, thus there's a 75% chance that…

There should be a way to submit educational apps categories. igdb limit submissions to games, so more gamified educational apps like There should be a way to nominate educational apps as categories. igdb currently only accept "games" so more gamified educational apps like Duolingo can get easily added and become categories, but less gamified apps like Memrise are rejected. The distinction isn't well defined. If igdb won't accept an educational app, could we directly submit it to twitch?

Combine all of Puppet Combo games into 1 Category Puppet Combo needs to have his all his games under one category instead of looking up murder house...or whatever, it would be nice to combine all his games into one category, he has like 12 games. This would help streamers and also help get his name out. and on top of that help players find something new from him.

Combine the two "State of Decay 2" game categories Currently, there are two separate game categories for the game State of Decay 2 by Undead Labs. The two categories are called "State of Decay 2" and "State of Decay 2: Juggernaut Edition". They are both the same game though, so having separate categories only serves to divide the game's community on Twitch.
